Office Hours

We are available to see patients from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Cancellations

We do attempt to call you 48 hours before your scheduled appointment as a reminder. However, if your contact numbers have changed since your last visit, we may be unable to contact you. The office requires a 24 hour cancellation notice prior to your appointment, if you are unable to notify the office, a cancellation fee will be assessed and charged to your account.

After Hours

If you need to contact the office for any emergency, we have a 24 hour answering service to dispatch your call. A personal operator will forward your name and number to the on-call physician who is available daily to handle your emergency calls.

Prescription Refills

You have several ways to refill your prescriptions. You may call your pharmacy and have them fax a refill request, or you may leave a detailed message with the nurse. We can also electronically transmit prescriptions to the pharmacy on your behalf if you can provide the fax number.
